BNI is in the process of changing its way of working to be more agile and efficient by changing their structure and digitizing their work platform.

They need an animated series to socialize this program to all BNI employees.

Complex explanations and concepts can be delivered with more interesting, and it is easy for all BNI employees to understand.

We use a flat design style to make it neater, look modern, and formal enough to be published in an office environment.

The main challenge in this project was the short turnaround time (around 3-4 weeks for a 3 minute video). Apart from that, we also have to adapt to a tiered approval system. Fortunately, our production system and revision system are able to follow the needs and the way of our friends from the BNI team.
